5th Annual Just Read, Florida! K-12 Leadership Conference

Reading First in conjunction with Just Read, Florida! was the proud convener of the 5th Annual, Just Read, Florida! K-12 Leadership Conference held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort from July 10th through the 12th, 2006. Over 3,500 attendees received numerous professional development opportunities from leading names in reading education and networking with fellow educators from across the state.

We are pleased to offer handouts from most presentations offered at the 2006 Just Read, Florida! conferences. All of these files require Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be obtained by visiting the Adobe Acrobat Web site. Be advised that not all presentations are available to be placed online for reference, as some presentation files are large in size, protected by copyright laws, or the creator has requested that the handouts not be placed online in our reference library.

Instructions: Using your conference program as a guide, click on the location (either Swan or Dolphin) where the presentation was conducted. Once you click the appropriate location, a grid will appear listing each conference center's rooms, the session numbers, and the title of the presentation. If a presentation is available, the link will appear as blue underlined text. Once you click on the link, the presentation will open in Adobe Reader within your browser's window. You may then use the save option to save this presentation to your computer.
