Reading First Professional Development is one of many grants which makes up the Center for Educational Research and Development. The main office for RFPD is housed in the Teaching Academy at the University of Central Florida. The Reading First staff is responsible for the day to day operations of the program, conference planning, and support of all functions of the program.

The RFPD office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding normal holidays.
